An international award-winning Dark Rum.
We start with glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. It is distilled in a Canadian-made copper pot still and matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved. The Rum is spiced with a carefully curated collection of fresh spices and finished with a combination of fancy and blackstrap molasses.
Opens with vanilla followed by a cascade of fresh spices wrapped in rich notes of molasses. It is remarkably smooth with a long complex finish.
