How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. If you have not received an email with your tracking number, please be sure to check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before contacting us at email@example.com.
What is the estimated shipment and fulfillment time for my order?
The fulfillment time from the order being received to the time it leaves the warehouse is approximately 1-3 business days.
Once the order is fulfilled, shipping time is approximately:
- Northeast: 2-4 business days
- Midwest: 3-5 business days
- Southeast: 4-7 business days
- West: 6-9 business days
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders ship within approximately 1-2 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days, in some instances, depending on product availability and when the shipping carrier picks up the order. Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday - Friday 9-5 PM EST. Please note, orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within approximately 2-9 business days.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Someone 21 years of age or older with photo identification must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. If someone 21 years of age or older is not present when the shipping carrier attempts delivery, the shipping carrier will make two (2) more attempts to deliver your order. If the third (3) attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order, and a refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to fifteen (15) business days to process.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box. All orders require someone 21 years of age or older with a photo identification to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the delivery.
Can I add or remove a product from my order?
Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. If you’d like to add an item, please place another order. If you’d like to remove or cancel your order, please visit our refund policy or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your refund policy?
We are only able to process refunds under two conditions, failed delivery attempt or damaged product. Refunds for failed delivery can take up to 15 business days to process. Should you receive a damaged product, please contact email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product and they will endeavor to assist you.
My product arrived damaged; can I return it?
Should you receive a damaged product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged product and they will endeavor to assist you.
How old do you have to be to place an order?
Purchaser must be of legal drinking age in the United States which is 21 years of age or older.
Can I return my product?
At this time, we do not accept returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com and they will endeavor to assist you.
I ordered multiple products but I only received some of them. What happens next?

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, orders cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
