0.5oz Chambord

1.0oz Fresh squeezed Lime Juice

0.5oz Stirrlings Simple Syrup

Directions: Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker tin. Add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.

2.0oz. Romero Dark Rum

1.0oz Averna Amaro

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Orange Twist

Directions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill and dilute. Strain into your glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.

2.0oz. Romero Amber Rum

4 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 sugar cube

1 Maraschino Cherry (Royal Cherry)

Directions: In a double Old Fashioned glass add a sugar cube. Douse the sugar cube with Angostura bitters and muddle. Add Romero Amber Rum and a large ice cube, stir to combine and dilute. Garnish with an orange twist and a Maraschino cherry

2.0oz Romero Dark Rum

1.0oz Fresh squeezed Lime Juice

Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Lime Wheel

Directions: Fill a tall glass with ice and add lime juice, Romero Dark Rum and top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
